The Process

HOW IT WORKS

The client intake process I have developed is purposefully detailed. It weeds out non-serious applicants, which means I get to spend more time interacting with you before you become a client. We’ll find out if we get along and are a good fit before any commitments are made, and this leads to better results, happier clients, more referrals, and greater job satisfaction for me.

1. Apply & Qualify

Simply choose the right Training Package for you & fill out the form. If you meet the requirements listed above, you will receive an email from me within the next 24h with the checkout information and a scheduling link to setup our initial assessment.

2. Start of Coaching & Education

In this first phase of TPP Fit, you will learn about all the components of your program. You will not just receive a program but I will also fully explain how it works so you can proceed yourself once the program is finished. I want to truly TEACH you the ways instead of just providing a plan.

3. See Results Start to Come In

Once you have reached this phase of TPP you have started to see the effects of your hard work.  Measurements will be taken every 3-4 weeks to track progress.

4. Achieve your Goal & Aim for More

In this phase of TPP Fit, you have realized your fitness goal.  It is up to you if you want to create a new goal beyond what you have accomplished already.

I aim to provide the best service possible by serving you with any coaching or guidance you may need to overcome any obstacles during the process of reaching your goal while still having a fun and unique training style. At the end of the day, fitness should enhance your life, not take over your life. 1. Comprehensive Initial Assessment

The aim of this setup phase is to get you making the fastest possible progress towards your goals. Digging deep into them and create a plan to get you there.

During the application process, we will evaluate your current fitness level, physical capabilities, nutritional habits and health history. Learn about your individual needs and lifestyle, so we can create a plan that makes sense for you personally.

2. Custom Training Program

Your program will be customized to not only be in line with your goals but one that will be manageable. Whether you can train 3 or 6 days per week. I will create a plan that will ensure you are making progress with the proper training variable in place.

  • Volume, frequency, and intensity that match your goals and priorities;
  • Progressive training phases to accelerate progress;
  • Complete programming: order of exercises, numbers of sets, reps, tempo and rest periods.

3. Personalized Nutrition Plan

You are what you eat. Nutrition is a very critical component when it comes to transforming your physique. I will teach you exactly how to implement flexible dieting into your lifestyle and show you how this plan can work with your schedule. There are NO food restriction or boring meal!

  • Personalized calorie targets and optimal macronutrient distribution for your body and your goals;
  • Sample meal plans (with full macronutrient breakdown of each meal) based on the foods you enjoy;
  • Meal frequency that fits your personal schedule and lifestyle – rather than consumes it.

4. Cardio, Mobility & Flexibility Program

Cardiovascular activity is not only beneficial for those trying to lose weight. I will create a cardio plan that will not only benefit your heart (yes, your heart is a muscle that needs exercise as well) but will improve your overall conditioning and endurance.

5. Individual Supplementation Plan

Stop wasting money on supplements you don't need! Get a complete a complete cost/benefit analysis of which supplements are worth investing in so you never have to waste a dime on a useless pill or powder again. I'll show my exact recommended brands and dosages of products that make sense specifically for you.

6. Motivation & Accountability

As you advance through various stages of progress, I will continually analyze, make any necessary adjustments and modify your approach to ensure that you’re always obtaining the best possible results from your efforts put forward.
